This 30min relaxing flow was filmed after I practised this myself in one of my vlogs. Someone requested that I film this so you could practise this along with me too. This is a gentle slow flow to help you wind down after a day at work. This 30min slow flow is ideal for an active recovery day or for when you’d just like to move and flow at a slower, more relaxing pace :) I really hope you enjoy it and feel the benefits of this relaxing, slow flow!
